
Turning in your Thesis or Dissertation. After the Graduate School has approved a thesis or dissertation, two copies of the work (along with paperwork from the Graduate School) are turned in to the Binding Section of CSU Libraries to ship to a commercial binder.There is no charge for this service. Dissertations are sent to ProQuest: Information and Learning (formerly UMI), for microfilming and copyrighting:
Pick up a form from the Graduate School to request these services. The form and payment for these services must be turned in to the Binding Section along with the two copies of the dissertation.
When returned from the commercial binder, bound theses and dissertations are cataloged and housed in Morgan Library. Check SAGE for availability:
NOTE: The Binding Section cannot bind personal copies for students but can supply information about commercial binders.
