Version 2.0 of Search Interface

The search platform for a number of the Library databases (over 55), EBSCO, has changed. It is now in version 2.0. Major databases that are used frequently in the Liberal Arts include Academic Search Premier, MLA Bibliography, Communication & Mass Media Complete, Historical Abstracts, Art Abstracts, and Humanities International Index. The default search boxes at the top of the initial search screen are the same, but advanced search options are now visible up front. RSS feeds are easily subscribed to in the new interface (now available after a search). For details on advanced searching (examples from MLA) see Searching MLA Bibliography by Subject and Using MLA Bibliography to Find Sources on an Author.
