Gifts and Exchange


The Gifts and Exchange Section receives and acknowledges gifts of library material.  The selection of the materials is coordinated with the subject librarian selectors.  This unit also manages exchange agreements for serial publications from other institutions.

Gifts and Exchange Section office is located in Room 28, in the basement of Morgan Library.



Academic Year Hours:
Mon - Fri 8:00-5:00
Summer Hours:
Mon - Fri 7:30-4:30

Discarded items are offered as "Freebies" to patrons of the Libraries.  Patrons can view them on wooden book cases, located just outside the double doors to Gifts and Exchange.  These items are stamped "Gift Discard".  From time to time, there are also free bookmarks, pocket folders, and empty binders available.
